World War II and the children's experience

Graphic organizer for visuals

This source organizer should be used by students when analyzing the various visuals provided to them. Answering historical thinking questions will facilitate the interpretation of visuals as historical evidence and guide students in the development of more sophisticated thinking about the issue presented in the mission. Four types of source questions are included: identification, attribution, contextualization, and corroboration.
